  Like my fifth time here never issues but today ordered not toast cream cheese bagel x2 and two Boston cream donuts and the flipping bagels were toasted and over cooked and the donuts were dry and the cream taste horrible

  Guest service is terrible. You'll wait and wait till someone finally sees you. Only time I ever had decent service was when the owner was in the building.

  Nice workers, but the manager, a big tall bald guy ( not sure, maybe owner ).... is a total.... mule!! I asked for a coffee roll heated with butter on it.... and he said he cant do it. ....basically it's because he just didn't want to make it that way for me ( is not against dunkin rules ). ..... also another time , a separate occasion..... he was yelling at his workers...........i felt so bad for his workers. He really embarrassed them. How can anyone work for such a mule like this guy is beyond me. I hope all his workers leave him at once........... he shouldn't treat them like dirt!.

  Been coming to this Dunkin since high school in 2008. Friendly staff and never a wait. Fairly priced as well, compared to other Dunkin locations in Manhattan.
