  I always regret my decision to come here. I always think “maybe this time it will be good.” The iced coffee is just water and the staff argue with you about your order. Never again will I visit here.

  I don't even bother arguing anymore when they get my simple order wrong. It's my own fault that I still come here, but it's close. There needs to be a big focus on guest services and business management at this location.
