  New employee was left alone to handle customers and didn't understand what was being asked of her for more than thirty minutes. When the other employee arrived he made our coffee but their was no large straws for large coffee.... Upset and disappointed in the service received today... I feel bad for those who frequently come here I am just passing through and probably will not come again.

  Really disappointing to see three employees in the corner chit chatting and then the employee at the register eating a donut. She sets the donut down half eaten to help the customer ahead of me. Not sure how sanitary this is...

  Never is open at 6 very rude and could care less about customers. Where is management?

  Wish I could give negative stars. Absolute worst Dunkin in DC. You pay the Union station expensive prices and the service and food quality is terrible. Had less than half their menu items available. Waited an absurd length of time for black coffees, and to top it all off, left out one of the breakfast sandwiches we ordered with no time to wait for them to fix it because we had to run to a train. Management, fix this. 9am Saturday, 11/11/17.
