  Great employees who are social. Customers make the place very dirty and it’s sometimes busy where they don’t have enough employees for a good hour or 2 to clean it. Sometimes only 1 employee closes and that’s for the last 2-3 hours. Need more people. But again, great people, great coffee

  I'm currently visiting NY from LA. I've never been to a dunkin donuts before. So I was curious about the menu, i asked the woman here about beverages. Safe to say she's thee only rude New Yorker I've encountered in my trip. She gave me attitude from the start and was downright rude and constantly "heavy sighing" when awnsering me. I asked her if they had a SIMILAR drink to a frappuccino (starbucks) and she immediately answered "THIS ISN'T BASKIN ROBIN, OKAY?!" I should have just left. Even if she had already made my dad's beverage.

  The staff there is amazing!!! I go everyday sometimes twice a day and I'll go out of my way to go to this Dunkin. Polite, friendly & fast service is what I love best about this store.
