  Its Dunkin Donuts the place that burns your tongue with the coffee so dont forget to let it sit a bit like 10 to 15 minutes.

  Took 15 minutes just to take order manager was in the back room on his phone other employee wasn't trained well....took order and never got order just left had to go to work

  It’s the same ole DD. Nothing special. Light dose of crack for the morning wake up call. Rounded bread with hole in middle they like to fool us by calling it a bagel which might be the case in the middle of the country but not here in the North East. Sugar and more sugar on their Lard infested donuts adding to our growing waistlines. America is addicted. Crack coffee, sugar and fried dough. DD serving it all.

  I am here at least five times a week, I just ask for the usual and I'm good. Sometimes they see me coming and I just pay and sit down.

  I didn't know your employees are allowed to be on their phone?? Went there around 5pm yesterday. After taking my first order he left. Came back after a minute and finished taking my order. I thought that's fine he probably thought I was done ordering. But when I go up to the window this d*ckhead is on his phone talking and completely ignoring me when I was asking "how much?" Don't fire this d*ckhead but let him know he has terrible customer skills and is a idiot.
