  I was that DD 4322 Ditmars Blvd Astoria. I ordered a medium caramel latte and a large cappuccino to go. The caramel latte had no caramel what so ever, I removed the cover for the cappuccino because in the past I requested cinnamon and it was not given, sure enough, it had no cinnamon, so I asked them to please put the cinnamon. I got to my destination in E Elmhurst only to find out that my cappuccino was not a cappuccino at all. Cappuccino is made with espresso coffee and has a very distinctive taste, this was not made with espresso coffee, it tasted like extremely watered down coffee. I called the store and was told that I did get a cappuccino, I explained that I'm 62 and have been drinking cappuccino all my life and never ever did it taste this horrible, they also claimed that the caramel latte did have caramel, this was for my daughter and no, it did not have caramel. Things like this gives Dunking Donuts bad name and lost of customers. I will be taking my business to the competition, they charge a little more but it's worth it. This store took my money and gave garbage, because that's where I put it, it was undrinkable .

  ZERO STAR!! BEWARE!!!! THEY DON'T CARE, LIARS AND GIVE U TRASH FOODS THIS ISN'T FRESH FOODS. AND I SAW HONEY TWO PACKAGES LOOK DIFFERENT DARK AND LIGHT.

  I saw a roach climbing on the bagels . I told the owner they catch the cockroach and then ask me why I want to cancel my order. Note he did not Throw away the bagels. Never going there ever again.
