  Service was fast when not busy. However, when I asked for creme cheese on the side, I was charged 1:49 plus tax. The little circle creme cheese said not for individual sale. Unbelievable. What a RIP off.

  Nicely​ air conditioned, during the early morning hours sit near the employees only door or the table next to it for shade. The sun can be bright if you sit next to the windows it might seem like there is no AC or you might need sunglasses to eat your food.

  I'm definitely not ordering from here anymore. Either they're very slow or get your order wrong. One male employee with no expression on his face just places my order on the counter and doesn't acknowledge me. I've noticed he doesn't do this with everyone. I'm SICK of being singled out by morons for no reason. Will not keep spending money here if this is the way I'm treated. Mind you, it was not this way at first. Whenever a place gets new people, look out. I can never figure out how people get jobs when it's obvious they know nothing about customer relations. Notice most of the good reviews for this place was months ago, and recent ones are about parking. Definitely headed somewhere else. Update : I actually tried one more time to buy from here. There is a new female that made my hash browns: they were stone cold. I brought them back and there were no apologies. They actually thought it was funny. Jackasses on minimum wage need to be fired and this breeding ground for the homeless is definitely calling for new management. There is only one employee here that always has a smile and always says you're welcome : a young black woman that the rest could learn from. She knows customer relations and will head for better. But goodbye to this dump from now on! Idiots.
