  I ordered an ice coffee with cream the past couple of times going there. When I get them it just looks like a cup of cream and no coffee. I end up throwing them out. This morning I asked if they can remake it and put less cream. One girl came back and handed back to me saying no, you ordered cream, this is how we do it. So I will not go back there. First, All you needed to do was dump some out and add more coffee. Second, why are you making coffee like that. Way tooooooo much milk and cream. If you don't know how to do it don't work at a coffee shop.

  I wish i could do half a star not even I asked the girtl for whipped cream on a frozen coffer which they should ask and s he rolled her eyes at me very rude the other man was even more rude poor customer service

  Food starting to taste frozen and dried out. Quality used to be a lot better.

  Fast and friendly service in the morning, afternoon shift is not always consistent. No issues with mobile ordering, always quick and has my order prepared accordingly!

  The best Dunkin Donuts in the Passaic/Bergen area. Always good. Food is always on point. The managers and staff are like the coolest. Go and get the experience.
