Selection of donuts are very poor. Appears as though Dunkin Donuts is pursuing the coffee market, and their coffee is not as good as it used to be. Long wait in line due to too few employees. The one employee was very polite and was trying very hard to serve the customers. Better selection at neighborhood donut shop which is cheaper too. Sorry Dunkin Donuts, you just don't measure up.

Ok we stopped to get a gift card for my father in law for Father’s Day of $20, I also ordered a dozen donut holes and a vanilla donut with sprinkles. Pulled up the window and she asked me again what my order was because she wasn’t listening at the speaker apparently, so I repeated it no problem, paid cash, she handed me the gift card that said winter cheer, I looked at her and said I need one that’s plain or says Duncan donuts or something other than winter cheer it’s May and 100 degrees and it’s for a Father’s Day Gift, so she went and grabbed another lady who got really mad that I was asking for a different card and started saying what’s the problem ugh we can’t do that and some other stuff as if she was annoyed. I was trying to ignore her, then they gave me my vanilla donut which was purple with sprinkles, I guess vanilla and purple are the same here cause when I asked she said yup that’s vanilla ok whatever back to the card issue, sorry we can’t do that, sorry then I want my $ back, nope sorry we can’t do that either, um yes you can it’s my money and I didn’t ask for a winter gift card, about 10 minutes of arguing here’s your money have a great day and slams the window in my face, drive away tried the donuts so gross I threw them out, they were days old and stale tasting, I think this will be the last time I’ll ever go here, don’t waste your time or money. Wish I would’ve read the other reviews before going.

Stopped by to get some donuts. I ordered and paid. The whole time the young woman behind the counter was wearing the same pair of vinyl gloves she'd worn when she had served the last drive-through customer, had wiped down the counter, had taken my money. Then she turned and picked up the donut - with the same damned dirty gloves. There were squares of wax paper she could have used if she really didn't want to change gloves, but no. I told her that the gloves were to keep the food clean, not keep her hands clean, and that the donut was dirty now, I wanted a clean one. She started to put the donut back on the tray, thought better of it since I was watching, and threw that one away, changed gloves and got my donuts, but was quite unhappy with me. Yes, it's a poorly paid job and she was stuck there alone, when there should have been at least two people there. No, that's no excuse to spread nasty bacteria around. I'm sure that had to have been explained to her during her training, but apparently she doesn't believe in the germ theory of disease ("it's just a theory") or doesn't care if she spreads noro viruses, colds, etc around the customer base. And her manager (who wasn't there) has not been paying attention. I always tip well unless something like this happens, and I cut employees in badly paid jobs a lot of slack, I've worked those jobs too. But this was just ignorant and dirty.

Disappointed. Went by to get donuts at about 7pm. To my surprise, the only donuts left we're the ones I guess no one else wanted. Shelves almost empty. Gee, they should close earlier. I thought a new Dunkin Donuts would have donuts. I guess I learned a lesson.

Terrible! Got a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant that had burnt bacon and was just thrown together! Local donut shops has much better quality than this spot! People just don’t take pride in hardly anything anymore! Why not do it right the 1st time? Tables in the dining area needed to be cleaned also!
