  Not sure why, but some of the employees will intentionally delay service to myself, or the person I'm with. I'm polite and civil still every time I go, I just don't understand the dynamic at this DD, I've never been to one with such bad service. I'll order an iced coffee, and they'll serve the next 5 people behind me in line their drinks, then give me mine like clock work; just a bizarre place .

  Today’s date February 24 at 6:30 PM I ordered a medium hot hazelnut latte. The young gentleman did not even put the milk through the machine, when I told him , he said he did.. liar, when my wife opened the latte she said it was black coffee. This pissed Me offf.. I also ordered a toasted croissant, when I came home my son opened it up and it was not wrapped, it was just tossed into the bag. I also ordered a ice caramel latte, my son refused to drink it, because there was no sugar This is the worst! Dunkin donut I have been to.. He should be fired!!!!!! Please review this attendant who was on shift on that date. 2/24/18 at 6:30 PM . I know that he has not been trained. He charged me for a latte , and gave me a black coffee, this is stealing!!!

  Worst Dunkin Donuts Ever. I bought a jelly donut and the jelly was actually grape jelly, like the jelly you would use for a sandwich. Like are you kidding me? I wouldnt even get a dozen donuts because the donuts looked like a toddler made them. And they're so unprofessional. Never again, I hope they shut it down for good because obviously the person running it does not care about customer service.
