  The line if usually pretty long and they often do not have dark blend prepared in the morning, which causes me to lose about 15 minutes waiting for them to brew it. This is after waiting 10 minutes on the line. However, the staff is very friendly and they are always apologetic when they make you wait.

  The older woman behind the counter is rude and obnoxious. Service sucks, constant miscommunication, inferior food compared to other dunkin donuts.
