  Was here on a very busy Sunday. I walked in and there was at least 15 people in front of me. I was out of there in 5 minutes and they even actually toasted my English muffin for my sandwich, not just warm it up like our DDs do in my state. Best Dunkin I've been to.

  So I am working this convention across the street, I use the On-the-go feature so my order is ready when I get there. So yesterday it took over a half hour for my order to be finished. Gave them another shot today, supposed to be open by 6am, it's almost 8am and they're still not ready. Ridiculous!!!

  I was very poorly attended in this store, both by the person for whom I ordered, and by the person who delivered it to me. A simple sandwich came totally burned and when I complained, the clerk looked at me with an ugly face, changed the bread, put it in the bag and threw it on the counter. Terrible service, terrible food. I should have read the opinions of other consumers before going there ...
