  They usually always have run out of whatever I ask for, so I have to settle for something else. Not impressed whenever I get my coffee or bagel from this location. There was an emoloyee who always made a fantastic cappuccino blast, but he no longer works there. So, it's never been the same for me.

  Fed Up!!! The only decent customer service comes from the one person taking my order through the speaker. Once I reach the other side, I get the cashier's back up against the window facing me while they're chatting it up in there with their co workers, which ends up in misplacing my sandwich or drink everytime. Then I get a bag of food shoved out the window at me with an "everything is in there," and then the person walks off and Im sitting there realizing they've missed something. Once I request the missing item all I hear is "The CUSTOMER changed the order." When did I do that?? I have my receipt!!! There's no appology or anything once someone comes out and delivers my missing item(s), not even from the Manager. I once waited 10 minutes inside the building for my food. Even one of the employees said "7 cars have passed by and that lady (Me) is still standing there." Really?? I'm done!

  Very nice place, very nice staff especially this worker named Nas. He is always happy and greets you with a big smile. Very fun to talk to and very cute. He always makes me smile and laugh and he always says if I made a customer smile or laugh then I have done my job for the day. He is always attentive and understanding when my coffee isn't made right and fixes it for me with a smile. Don't ever get rid of him. He should be a manager. Or a boss of some kind.

  The coffee was terrible. I asked for a medium iced coffee with mocha, and got a mess. The bottom was where all the coffee was, and it was liquid. The top was ice chunks and bubbles. This is NOT what I asked for. When I asked the employee to fix it, he mixed it up. The drink remained liquid with ice chunks in it. I asked for a frozen coffee, not an iced mess. On another note, the employee who was serving us swore multiple times (at us, and in multiple languages). This is not quality customer service. His name was Enes, if I remember right.
