  Dec 2017- I decided I would no longer frequent this Dunkin Donuts. Staff often presents as tired/unhappy/bored. Often, they are out of things, like regular flavored hot chocolate and almond milk. Donut trays are never full and inviting--they often look like they hold yesterday's leftovers. Product displays are messy, the floor--paeticularly the large rug customers stand on at the counter--is filthy. IF this is part of a franchise, HQ needs to step in...

  Didn't offer egg white unless on veggie wrap which sucks, and tuna melt was sub par.

  Arturo gives good customer service the tall guy needs some training as well as the girls. And what's up with the Spanish music seems like when the supervisor leaves everyone does what ever. I want to come and enjoy my coffee and food I don't want to see the crews ass, what kind of manager let's their employees wear pants half way down to the ass. This kids are not well trained.
