  Worst store, worst manager who refuses to use second cash register even if twenty customers are waiting. Love the coffee and the other staff but this is not the first time I have had to walk out and leave cause they are mismanaged and the line is endless to get even just a cup of coffee. Change this reoccurring problem and I will rate you 5 stars.

  I would have given 4 to 5 stars for a very friendly staff, however the Caramel Latte tastes the same every time I go to Starbucks but not here. The latte formula changes depending on who was making the coffee. It was perfect for a while but, several times it was so bitter and full of espresso that I could not drink all of it and had to throw it out. Please get the formula straight. Thanks.
