  As far as I’m concerned, this is the best Dunkin’ in Rockland. Always immediate and fast service, astoundingly fast actually, even during morning and afternoon rush hours. Lots of employees behind the counter, food/drink quality is high.

  Excellent service with a smile everytime. Been going here for 20 years. Some of the same staff is there too! "Nayack" being my personal favorite employee.

  Smelly atmosphere. Okay place to do work, employees are nice, but talk about things they shouldnt at times. Hardly any outlets for charging phones and laptops. I saw some guys bring their own extension cord, and i had to share from their extension... not a problem, but at a business such as Dunkin Donuts they shouldnt have this be a potential scenario in their restraunts. Ive been at much better places.

  unfortunately, the new staff is terrible. Slow and uncaring, they lack any service mentality. Sad.

  I would recommend either going to the Dunkin donuts in Nyack down the road or to the new location on 304 in bardonia. Any time I have gone to this location there are massive waits and poor customer service. There is also a chance your food will be stale or they will be confused on your drink order.
