  Always "sour" tasting coffee. I used to go there frequently from about 2006-2010 and stopped going because of this. I visit the other day 05/2018 and its STILL NASTY! I have never had DD that tastes like this. Almost like the syrups or MILK they are using is bad. The store's interior overhaul looks and feels good. The staff are always pleasant but to my surprise the lack of good tasting coffee at this specific location is still an issue, years later.

  The food is great but the staff seem to always get the order wrong. At least 6 times in 1 month. I order every morning from here (I work a block down) I'm going to start checking what I receive when I order before leaving the place. & then the staff gets upset when I tell them my order is wrong & tells me "No, you asked for..." I clearly know what I ordered. Highly upset about not getting what I ordered correctly especially noticing after your at work & are anxious to eat.

  Very clean and neat dunkin donuts. The staff is friendly. With fast service. Great location to stop at.

  Had difficulties making my sweet iced tea sweet. Had to add sugar myself (after going back asking "hey, I said sweet tea")
