  Although I typically like Dunkin’ Donuts food, the service at this location is very poor. My husband ordered his usual iced coffee. We waited and saw multiple people receive their drinks before us. My husband asked about his order, and an employee tried to force him to take a call-in order and chastised him that call-in orders are always on this part of the counter. We explained that we weren’t a call-in order. Then she scolded us for trying to take someone else’s food. Then the original employee who took his order kept insisting that it was drink was already on the counter. The only other drink on the counter was the consistency and color of iced tea— not flavored ice coffee. My husband pointed out that it didn’t look the same. This employee said that all the other employees in the past must have made it incorrectly then, even though this is my husband’s standard order... I understand people make mistakes, and that’s okay! But, you have to admit and attempt to fix your mistakes and of course, not be rude to customers.

  Typically good experiences here, except today when we waited about six minutes for our order to be taken in the drive thru (even though we were the only people there at the time) and when we got our order half of it was wrong. What we did receive was alright, so we turned the other cheek as we were also already on our way. Check your bags before you leave I guess 😅
