  I frequently go to this location but its next to my nail place. It always seem puzzling how ALL, yes I said ALL staff seem like its their first day on the job. They lack speed at the register and worse when asked to pack donuts. The employees stand around while a line wraps around the standion and out the door. Today was more interesting than others as I next in line and watched an employee deliberately ignoring customers waiting to straighten out the donut trays and organize inventory. MIND BLOWING! once she was given a sandwich order she stopped but never to look up from what she was doing to see about 12 customers in line watching her while shaking there heads in confusion. Always a bad customer experience and thought to share so that the owner can understand the issue. Customer first, always.

  An ice cream shop without chocolate ice cream. Not temporarily out of stock, mind you. They simply dont carry it. Total cluster, I'll go next door.

  Another 10 minute wait for a small ice coffee with 4 employees behind the counter and not busy at all. Men's room smells like sewage,2 days in a row.

  Dunkin donuts without a chocolate cream donut is like a diner without mac salad. Otherwise, fast, fresh, and consistent.
