  1 star is being generous. This is the closest dunkin to my house and on multiple occassions have experienced the AM team talking about customers, including myself, in spanish. I am hispanic and understood them each time but let it slide until this past Thursday where once again the supervisor and one of the staff members decided to once again start snickering and complaining about out order (the scooped out bagel part) and talking in spanish as if we didnt understand. We spoke to the supervisor who seemed less than interested in hearing the complaint and was justifying why they did it. I will take the extra drive to the Dunkin on New Pehle- that staff is pleasant and doesn't insult their customers.

  Smaller version of DD but really convenient to get gas and coffee. Nice service as well

  I will never go back to the store. The woman worker teased my son and almost put him to tears about his surgery scars while I was in the restroom. She held on to my son's glasses making him feeling uncomfortable saying she likes his glasses and that she will give him $1 if he asks. I will never forget how my son had his head down standing anxiously and vulnerable while she was staring at my son's face, when I stepped out of the bathroom. That's not how a customer's child or any child should be treated. Also, she didn't honor the 2-8pm $2 coffee deal and overcharged me. It's not a huge saving but a store should honor the promotion.
