::Dunkin' Donuts in W. Liberty Ave. in Dormont. Well I live pretty close by so I frequently go there. The coffee is better than most places. They get very busy at this take particular store ..but the staff seems to be mostly friendly and helpful... always smiling. It's the place to go for fresh donuts and fresh coffee. 😬🍩☕️

::Ran in for a couple of donuts and ice coffee. I placed my order and when I tried to pay with a bank card they said their device was not working don't I have cash... No I did not have any cash on me. There were no signs on the door saying they could only accept credit/debit payments at the time. Didn't even offer me a donut for my troubles. I just walked out with nothing. The staff had no customer service skills, had no idea how to handle the situation.

::I've been going to this location for years, but not on a daily basis. I have had far more frustrating experiences than pleasant ones at this location. The parking lot is a disaster, first off. Secondly, the selection is more of a luck situation than a likelihood based on busy hours, because I've been there when they're slow, and they are out of literally everything. The next is the staff training; not the staff itself. The individuals are typically young and polite, however they frequently make mistakes in orders, and are not the most professional bunch toward each other behind the counter. I love the convenience of this location with regards to my home, so I truly hope they can improve upon these things here. Aside from the parking that is.

::The service is usually fine, but with the decreasing selection of donuts practically by the day, it's harder to want to get anything but a coffee or some munchkins here. It's vaguely upsetting.
