  Uber order: Horrible customer service towards the uber delivery driver. They tried to send out burnt food and when she went to ask them to replace it they laughed in her face. Then made her wait until the drive thru and inside cleared up to fix the order. It is their fault for sending out disgusting burnt food. The owner needs to have a talk with his workers on what proper customer service is. Don't work with a delivery company if you can't get the orders right. It will be less work for the workers also less income for the owner.

  The last few times I have visited were due to T-Mobile giving free rewards cards. I must say that it's your typical donut shop. They have a tv but it's not turned on. An ok selection of donuts. But what got me was that both times the manager was barking orders and yelling at the employees. It was though she was unaware there were customers in her store. You could tell it was stressing out her employees by the way they would look at you and almost apologise for her behavior with facial expressions. I'd be surprised if I see the same great girls working there the next time I go in. I couldn't work for a manager like that. The place felt clean and organized so I'm not sure why she was barking.

  Love this location and their service! Met with a new manager JC and he was very helpful in answering all my questions! Very sweet young man who truly values customer service which this location was lacking.

  Wonderful service from the workers. We got our items fast, coffees were made right, place was very clean.
