  The overnight guy was grabbing the bagels with his barehands, and scratched his nose while making my iced coffee, however he was very nice.

  Great atmosphere when it comes down to having your coffee talking to employees and other locals!

  Nice place, they have messed up my order a few times. Other than that most of the employees are friendly. Usually when i go its in and out and if there is a line it doesnt take more than 5 minutes.

  got hot tea there tonight and the cream in my tea was sour. now after I drank a good amount of it I'm feeling sick to my stomach. I will not be returning to this location again. they have gone down hill.

  I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this Dunkin’ Donuts is . For years , I have been complaining about their service , they seem to always get my order wrong . As a coffee lover , I look forward to a good cup of coffee . This dunkin donuts just isn’t the one . While pregnant , I specified decaf coffee and always received regular . How do I know? I would ask them to verify and their response was “ oh no we will fix it “. Most recently my order was wrong again, and I approached the manager about it . His response was “ just keep complaining and we will fix it “. As a customer , how is that reassuring ? I live close to this Dunkin’ Donuts , but I now go a bit further and go to the 711. For years , I have complained and complained and it never got better . I refuse to ever step foot in here again.
