  They can't handle busy morning. What's the point of using the mobile app if I have to wait as much as wait in line.

  I placed my order went to the pickup and was waiting for the order. A nice gentlemen asked if I ordered an egg with my order. I said yes. He told me that it had fallen on the floor. The preparer picked it up and proceeded to finish my order with the same egg. We both told her to throw it away a couple of times. She placed it on another side of the counter.Another associate helped her processed my order. We never saw her throw the fallen egg in the garbage. Never again. ...
