  Love my Dunkin Donuts got to have it everyday never any complaints they make my cold brew coffee exactly how I like it every time

  They need to cover the doughnuts so that they'll stay fresh. He said that they were 3 hrs old but I get fresher doughnuts at Wal-mart & Kroger after days of sitting in a proper container. Doughnut is in their name. They should have the freshest! KEEP THE AIR OFF OF YOURE DOUGHNUTS!! They'll stay fresher that way.

  Expensive to me for breakfast on the run. I noticed patrons who obviously liked the offerings. A higher cost McDonald's, my guest was very pleased, and enjoyed dining there. I was uncomfortable and cramped eating in. My wheel chair felt awkward; as though I was blocking others.

  Very poor customer service. Drive thru messed up my order around 9:30am. They attempted to fix it. The cashier Indian man scolded me about how to order my food. I asked for my money back since the women making my food had an attitude and act like she was going to tamper with my food just because I told them to make it over. Indian guy said he was the manager and told me I cant have my money back. After I told him I was not going to leave the drive thru window until i get my money back. He went to get the manager in the back raising hell on the front line for all to see. The manager gave me the wrong change and when I called her out on it she told me to never come to drive thru again to place my order. We went back and forth about incorrect order for her to tell me never come back again if I didn't like the service. Beware.
