  Horrible coffee now taste watery every day it gets worst I think they put more water to the ground coffee horrible and after 3 no donuts at all I thought This place is about donuts and coffee not at all

  Had a bad experience when I walked in asked to be buzzed for the restroom. A man of possible Indian decent I believe assumed either as me being a black man that im up to no good ie: a lot of store workers racially profile in this matter he being one. He was working busy drive thru but when it was my turn to stops drive comes over ask order says "coffee" "coffee". Would never use this Dunkin again or recommend any black person to use this Dunkin

  My father absolutly enjoys the coffee and I love the donuts the store is clean but the employees must be nicer and more welcoming.

  I stopped going there for about a full year now. Customer service is below zero. I ordered a small cup of hot chocolate with whip cream. So I asked the guy can he pour it in a medium cup so it won't be leaking out the top on my daughter. He had the nerve to say he have to charge me for it. I told him ring me up then ... no answer at all I just left can keep the hot chocolate and all won't see me there again
