  Very good staff. They are very friendly with all customers. Not that busy store so you can enjoy your coffee with donuts. I like this place.

  Ya no sirve su café de todos los dunkin son pura agua ...sin sabor sus empleados se la pasan en el cell muy mal servicio en especial el de 265w 37st y 8ave...pésimo lugar

  This effing place is horrible. Customer service bad they mess up orders regularly. Very rude when u correct them and the place is filthy and always filled with dope fiends. Everytime they mess up my order and I tell them the respond very rudely and disrespectfully.

  Horrible customer service and the cashier's are very rude. Customers are treated bad in here like they are just numbers. The seats in the second floor are always dirty. Pick any other Dunkin Donuts location, don't waste your time here.

  Really nice staff.. quick & efficient! Great customer service skills even when it's busy.. It's my favorite DD spot to go to!!
