  Ehh. mixed feelings. One day it's super fast the next day it's really slow. I waited for a cup of coffee for 20 minutes and I was 3rd in line.

  Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Everytime I go in they can never serve the standard menu items correctly. They ask a half dozen questions on each of my requests. They also mutter to themselves in there own language which is rude. I'm in there 4 times a week for 7 years. So this feels personal. How is it that I can't just get what I ordered in the fashion that it's built on the menu. They only have one job laid out before them and its written above there heads. Lack of smiles. Prob some type of abuse of labor going on around there. Under paid wages that the owners are pocketing while illegal immigrated more workers of this type of status keep coming in and get over crowded in tiny apartments. After my experience today I'll never come back in again. Granted they won't miss my business. But I'm sure the current customers will always know that this place sucks.

  In the last 4+ years I have gone here a few times a month. Its close to my home. Some days I get a great cup of coffee. And other times not so good. I think I have decided it all comes down to who's making it. And how lucky you are. Donuts I never had a problem with ;) Definitely room to improve. Could work on getting the coffee just right every time. The Staff have always been pleasant with me.
