  Terrible customer service! Never smile or greet you! Always give me the wrong order. I am a vegetarian & they have me bacon twice. Most of thestaff don't speak English for you to understand you.

  The service is beyond amazing. I observed my server washing her hands (after having handled money) before putting on new gloves to prepare my order so kudos to her! I was truly impressed by that. I tried the Chipotle & brown sugar bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was really good... not too sweet with a little kick. Loved it. And the Vanilla Chai with almond milk was perfectly made too. This location is my new breakfast stop when I'm in the area and on the run!

  I had a great experience here. They are so polite, especially in the morning. Now I can understand why the fire fighters loves going there for morning coffee. It is very convenient given that there's a bus stop very close to the restaurant and they do have a little parking structure. The costumer service is great and pleae. . Try the hash browns I'd you like hash browns. You won't be disappointed.

  I have officially boycotted this DD. Hard bagels, stale croissants and occasionally soft muffins. Don't get me started on their lattes! There is now way my latte should just taste like it came straight from a cow!! That to me is impossible!?! The employees are very kind and patient. But the Manager on the other hand... so rude. I told him I didn't want what he gave me because it was obviously hard as a rock. And he caught and attitude and yelled at me for asking for my $1.72 back!! Now I travel out of my way to get what I need. Just to ensure I don't waste my money.
