  The druve-thru took 20 minutes. They were out of both chocolate and blueberry glazed donuts at 10am. So, I ordered cholate frosting, strawberry frosting and vanilla frosting, all with sprinkles. Looked at donuts before driving away. 1/2 of the frosting and sprinkles were missing/smeared off of one. I handed it back and asked for a better one. Employee came back with new one in his gloved hand, not in a bag, and handed it to me. I had to take it with my bare hands. His gloved hand had been taking cash and cards from customers. He used it to handle the new donut and handed it to me. I drove away and threw the donut away when I got home. Very unsanitary! I will not be back! Dunkin Donuts in Bethany Marketplace.

  Went here few dys ago while I was running some errands, had a young "chick" (can't call her young LADY because ladies know what mutual respect & customer service is) "assist" me & was probably the most horrible customer service I've ever had. Girl should've taken the 2 hrs she used up 2 cake on the 3 layers of make-up she had on (last time I checked u had 2 show up 2 work decent & clean-not like u were about 2 start ur night shift @ a strip club) actual training on how-to treat customers w/ respect as long as it's being given. Not once did I disrespect this chick, evertime I tried 2 speak she interrupted me w/ an attitude & w/ such rush. I FINALLY interrupted her & said "well maybe if u would let me talk" @ THAT point she punched my card & "made" my drink- (which I should've known better that she would make it decent-had NO flavor what-so-ever & tastes like iced black coffee😝which is NOT what an iced coffe w/ cream & sugar should taste like) & she was ever so cowardly-like knowing I was going 2 probably taste my drink & complain about the 1/2 ass drink she made (since iced coffees are OBVIOUSLY super difficult 2 make🤔especially @ a drive thru that was DEAD the entire time I was there, actually had 2 honk 5mins after sitting there w/ no 1 @ the window 2 get the "very professional" chick that "assisted" me 2 even acknowledge they had a client in their drive-thru) she actually had the manager bring me my drink when her poor service & etiquette was the reason I finally built the nerve 2 "complain", manager was very sweet & PROFESSIONAL apologizing 4 her mediocre employee. Waste of my time & will DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK due the disgusting character & nature of that 1 chick. I usually always go 2 Dutch Bros where the employees there are WAY TOO AWESOME, respectful, sweet & do SO well @ their jobs, especially compared to this "employee of the month"- will keep my visits @ Dutch Bros from now on, which I have NEVER had an issue w/ anything or anyone. Hope the chick is worth the hourly pay 4 losing clients✌

  Called to speak to manager and was told no manager here then hung up on. Waited a few min called back asked for manager instant hang up. Third call asked for manager and the employee became rude and refused to provide her name.
