  The hot chocolate is awful mess. It is watered-down Yoo-hoo that is heated up. The donuts leave bad aftertaste. Dunkin Donuts has gone downhill ever since they stop making their own Donuts in their own shops.

  The specialty coffee machine is always down .... it’s never down for just a couple hours , it’s always down for at least a week ... HUGE INCONVENIENCE!! Very irritated .

  I thought aarp members should know that they are no longer going to honor our free dounut. McDonald's is right there for a 1.00 get your coffee there. I guess the next thing to go will be senior discount.

  Very rude manager in training said that any hot cocoa was 1.99 and when it rang up for 3.23 I said wait why is it 3:23 then he said oh that must have ended yesterday I said alright well give it to me for the 1. 99 he said they can't give money away like that and took the large he made me , made me order a small...then took the large one and threw it out . Then my roommate mobile to go order wasn't even right and he said it wasn't paid for yes it was cuz I was there and we saw it on the screen it was paid for . He fought with us over it he was a tall skinny guy and he said he's a manager in training and that Vicki doesn't work there anymore she got fired I'd rather go to the one in Walden because he was very rude and then wouldn't even give an AARP Member free donut
