  My breakfast sandwich was stale and I noticed there was only setting for sitting outside when it's cold that won't do for me so I rated it low I'd rather sit inside than outside

  Love dunkin donuts, got a free birthday coffee (any coffee/any size from the perks program. This location is great for fresh donuts & fresh coffee if your a dunkin donuts fan ;)

  It might have been the time we went but the donuts were really not fresh. Also there's no menu that you can look at to make your donut selection... instead you have to crouch and look through a small window to choose. The employee that helped literally has no common sense, every time she would answer a question for us. She would speak inwards and we would have to repeat the question multiple times. At some point we gave up and just made some random selections. It was a terrible experience and I probably would not return.

  Dunkin is good but the manager at the Venice and western avenue location is bias towards her kind of people. Treated a way on several occasions

  Love the coffee, the donuts are the bomb. Buy a discounted gift card, you get more for your money.
