  Fast, friendly service. Great iced coffee, much better value than those mermaid guys. A regular stop, I avoid the donuts, but it takes courage.

  We went to Duncan donuts at 21250 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phx, AZ 85024 on 4/13/2018, appox. 2:00 p.m. This girl waited on us, I think her name was Tatum, not sure of the spelling. She was terrible!!!! She was in a world of her own! I was asking her questions and she was not answering me at all! I said do you hear me? She said oh what? Really??? She could not get my order right, I only ordered 4 donuts! She was too busty talking to a guy who worked there! Then she saw a limo outside and was so excited about it and kept saying a limo over and over, she was so thrilled, that she dropped my donut on the floor!! I cannot believe how diggy she was!! She was not paying any attention to customers, she was so into the limo and talking to that guy. THE WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I have been there a few times, and they are always goofing off, and leaving the customer standing there waiting until they are done messing around! On top of it all the dounts were stale! The worst donut shop I have ever been too!! Totally unprofessional!

  Disappointed! It was after 5 and i must have asked for the stale Boston cream hold the cream. I kept looking for the cream but only found a small amount in the last 4th of the doughnut. This is not what i remembered their doughnuts to be.

  It's the best deal in town. Far better consumer economics then being a regular at Starbucks. If you get a refill mug call that $4.99 I think you get refills for about a dollar sixty and they're on limited with many choices of both hot and cold coffee and tea choices. Try that at Starbucks each drink across the six and a half to $7. In the muffin and donut choices Blow Away Starbucks.

  The staff here was great, kind, helpful and the location of was extremely clean. I went there super late at night right before they closed, but they DIDN'T try to rush me out or anything of the sort. It's a bit out of the way for me to come to this one but I will be back because if the crew that works there. 😁😁😁
