  Very bad customer service they are very rude and cold. The donuts are not fresh. This is the third time i won't be coming back again

  It was about time they opened a dunkin donut here, the one on Springfield has gone to the craphole honestly. Some of the employees here friendly, some look like they hate their job and don't smile. Giving it 5 stars because the friendly ones are always super nice to my sister and I and get our drinks correct. Keep it up, guys.

  Still needs improvement in making drinks, I feel like majority of employees here are new and I understand but I order the same thing every time an iced caramel latte with whip cream. And like 7/10 times I have to ask them to add sugar or redo it, there’s been times it’s been horrible! no sugar straight dark brown with no milk or they don’t add whip cream or my caramel on top or put any at all, or they’ve given me the wrong sized drink! Sometimes I even get attitudes when asked to do it properly I’m not even picky or a difficult customer! there’s been times where I’ve been so frustrated and don’t even bother to ask them to re do it.
