  What Dunkin lacks is consistency with their staff. Some places have great staff and some make you wonder why you ended up going to Dunkin in the first place. This is one of those places. I can understand that staff is overworked. My experience is based on going there on weekends. TIP: Just make sure you're checking up on your drink after you get it to make sure it's what you ordered.

  I get the best service, especially from Italia. She has such a warm inviting spirit and goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. She even recommends great choices for me. Celebrate her!
