  Went in for coffee mocha and a toasted bagel. did not have enough cream cheese. spread like butter went back in and asked the lady to please added a little more . She had an attitude about it. Stated about weight of the cream cheese and I said there's hardly any cream cheese on it. she basically explain that people do it like alot. I told her you spread it like butter where's the cream cheese? Bad morning breakfast not a great way to start the morning. Will not stop here again. I'm Indian. I don't don't like ignorant Indians who don't have customer skills.

  Today we came to Dunkin donuts and ordered some food.After that while paying,we told the employee that we want to put money in our Dunkin Donut membership card.But one of the employee said no and told us that ( we can't do it now).There was an other employee, he wanted to do that but she forced him not help us.Then she started yelling at us and told us to get out of Dunkin Donuts and never come again.She was so rude and misbehaved with us. Not only that, I have a lot of friends and relatives who complain about her when they come here.This is how employees behave with customers.We are so disappointed with the service.

  There coffee is never fresh. The employees are great but manager is worst. I have never seen smile on her face. She is always rude.They never have enough items.

  Breakfast is suppose to be the most important meal of the day. However, not at this Dunkin donut. After, paying for my meal manager comes out of nowhere asked me if I paid for the orange juice. I replied you ringed the juice for me. Without hesitation she tries to reach over my personal space to grab my receipt. I stopped her, and warned this is not how you do this. After, I made her look dumb for what she had done. She still wanted complain how people steal sometimes. I sympathized, but this is not how you deal with a paid customer. My order number is 792 and the lady was kokila p. I am not expecting 5 star services, but learn to communicate with customer #no more Dunkin donut.
