  I came to this store to buy a coffee. I felt I needed to use the bathroom. I asked nicely the cashier to open the bathroom door because it was closed. He replied back that the bathroom is close and can not be open. I asked him you guys still open and I really need to use the bathroom. He refused to open the door and said its closed period. It was the first time I faced this situation and it made me feel very bad.

  Great staff, very friendly but they have gotten my order wrong every time the last 10 times.
