  This location make better iced latte then the location in Broadway avenue between 160th and 159th street. The eating area is clean I must say. However, the food preparation area isn't. Today, August 1, 2017, I purchased a caramel latte and a egg sausage and cheese on a croissant. When I opened the wrap from the breakfast sandwich, I saw a small mouse poop on top of my bread. To make sure it is what I thought was, I picked it up with a napkin and squeezed it. It was moist and had a very small fece odor and ammonia smell. I immediately decided not to eat it. I took my receipt because I wanted to call the location and tell them what I found. But, the receipt didnt have the location contact number. I am upset and I want my money back. I am extremely disappointed.

  I've been here at least 5 times. Each time something goes wrong with my order. I understand it's "new" and the workers are still "learning" but Every. Single. Time. Either they mis-ring, make my coffee wrong, sell me a rock hard biscuit. If it wasn't so close to my apartment I wouldn't bother with it but each time I return I think- maybe they have their stuff together now. But no. They don't. They won't. And they are overpriced compared to other dunkin donuts. Probably to offset how much they throw away in mistakes

  The place is very nice and clean & is a new bussiness. Been there a few times and prices are very expensive, compare to other donkins i have visited
