  This place sucks i was taking a order from my dad on the phone and he wanted to change my order of doughnuts and the employee rudly told me that there were more customers waiting the employer should hire better employees plus she gave me weird stares at me wierdly

  They always try to give me a whole bunch of cream instead in my coffee when i ask for milk . The employees are rude as well.. they need new workers that speak English and that have some class and education .

  Service is rude. They don't know how to make a simple drink. Everything is watered down.

  HORRIBLE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. THEY HIRE SOME DUMBA$$ EMPLOYEES. THAT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. WANTED A REGULAR COFFEE. GAVE ME BLACK. YOU HAVE ONE JOB.

  Great location, next to several buses and the F train. Tends to get a bit busy during the morning rush but for coffee, it's worth the wait. The ladies at the front are really friendly and if you go there often enough, they'll remember your drink, make it while you're still on line so when you make it to the register, you just pay and it's ready. Never a bad experience.
