  Rude staff they barley speak English always mess up the order not clean I saw a rat there once and they are hyperly understaffed and disorganized

  Guy at register had to remake my Coffee, right on point just the way I like it after the young lady added to much milk. Donuts was nice n soft too

  Ordered a TOASTED bagel but got a lukewarm bagel supposed to be with “butter”, got a piece of dough with little butter which you can’t even taste..!!! Need training...

  Lots of seating, clean environment, and friendly service. One of the better dunkins I've been to.

  I've ordered sausage and cheese on an English muffin NO EGG, three times and they've only gotten it correct once. Today they gave me an egg lol I love dunkin donuts but head to the others. There is one on 86th and Amsterdam that hasn't failed me yet.
