  Person taking order, I believe her name is Ana is rude and trys to be smart with you and she forgot to give me my donuts and I had to go back for them. She was like why I left and it was my fault , then when I told her I wanted to chocolate flavor, she trying to play dumb like she couldn't hear me while her hand was on the chocolate donuts . Worst place ever, won't be going there anymore

  I love this DD. It always has the glazed stick donuts I like. I can't find them in any other DD. There donuts are always very fresh. The place is clean and very friendly employees.

  Ordered hazelnut coffee. Think they used a hazelnut flavor shot instead negating my no sugar request. Stood there and she came back and said "what? You want something else?" Could have said, you pick up over there or do you need anything else. Won't be going back to this location.

  Excellent service from the employees typically the coffee and food are good. The service is also very fast. The small dining area where you order and exit over to a table can be difficult to maneuver if you have a walker wheelchair or baby stroller but most people they're helpful and we'll get out of the way. Very convenient spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack before hopping on the train. No parking lot or drive-thru

  Pros: the place is always clean, and the pink and orange seats are cute. Food is fine. Cons: service is almost non-existent. I have never worked in food service so maybe I'm ignorant, but I swear that every time I go in, there are 5 people milling around between the back room and the coffee machine, but only one person at the counter, and she is invariably distracted by something else (usually one of the other employees scolding her). Perhaps this is the way the head office wants them to work? It doesn't help that customers feel the need to start arguments with the staff, making everyone else's wait that much longer.
