  Came in to the store in 5/21/18 @ 4:45PM and the Two employees that were there, an older Indian man and woman both were very, very rude! Told me I had to pay an extra 50 cents for ice bc I ordered 3 turbo shots over ice. I questioned how that made any sense and right away they both started yelling at me and talking over me. All I wanted to know was why I should I have to pay .50 for ice if I payed almost 4.00 for the 3 turbo shots and asked for them over ice. When I said “this is stupid” the man yelled and called me stupid. Very unprofessional. I will never go back again.

  Used my DD Perks on line ordering while in the store. I like it. I was able to get out of the line and go straight to the pick up line a soon as I competed the order.

  These guys are too cheap to give you what you ask for. I ordered a coffee with 3 caramel swirls. Took the first sip and realized they put anything. Its not the first time this happened. Wish i could give it 0 stars.

  Terrible service. Both employees were on their personal cell phone when I walked in (9:30pm Sunday night) the old Indian lady took my order while still talking on her cell phone and talking in her Native language to the caller. After. Made my order, she charged my card and told the old Indian guy to make my order. He told her they there were no plain bagels, which is what I had ordered. She tells me there is no plain bagel and then tells me to choose something else. Uhhh no Lady, you should’ve told me that before you charged my card. She argued with me and spoke in her language with the old guy and I ended up choosing another item. It was nasty. Never again! Negative 5 !!! Thumbs down! Too bad it’s the only one that was close to me at the time i was in the area.
