  DONT DO IT!! Everyone that has left a bad review of this place have got it spot on, It’s a dirty place, The people that work there are rude and act like your inconvenient when you come in, they are slow, and inconsiderate, not to mention one person works and the other one can only take Money and yell the orders without lifting a finger, ordered a large drink after I paid the man yelled twice medium, medium ( are you really trying to make and extra 50cents??) DONT trust it, absolutely bad look for Dunkin brands, place needs an overhaul... location is a Baskn and Robbins also, god forbid you ask for ice cream they might turn red with disgust, and they suck at making milkshakes, all the equipment is super dirty, don’t do it, you’ve been warned...

  Does not know how to make coffee. Also cant make a sandwich the way the customer ask for it. Thank you

  This is one of the worst DD locations in Yonkers. The coffee always tastes off, the services is very slow and they always seem to be out of everything. Go to the another location like 132 Tuckahoe Rd or 2248 Central Park Ave. They have better employees who seem to care about their work, better coffee and better selections of food options available.

  Horrible experience stood there 15 min half that time because employees were ignoring me while they they were having a personal conversation. I had to say hi and they continued to have their own conversation. As I turned to leave they decided to acknowledge me. I put money on my Perks card and associate didn't give me a receipt. I asked her for one and she was annoyed and said rudely "Now what do you need?" I can not imagine who hired them because customer service is important. Please let them know Starbucks might be more $$ but customers will be going there if they don't learn how to respect the customers. Thanks
