  While the line was surprisingly short and the workers friendly, I was disappointed to find (after I'd already gone home) that I received only half the order I paid for - 25 munchkins instead of 50. Make sure you double check that they fill your order correctly!

  It's a pretty good Dunkin donuts. It's placement is good for people who travel via mass transit. Their service is good. Enjoy it

  My last experience was very annoying well it's 5:30 and I stop for coffee I asked for small cup of hazelnut coffee cream on the side no sugar. After being asked 5 different questions I finally got my coffee it had milk in it and was too sweet. I asked for another one black because I had cream it's was bitter tasting and I guess I will drop them for another 6 months until I'm desperate for coffeemakers. Sometimes I get a good listener and sometimes I don't. I just want coffee to drink on my 2 hour ride to work.

  Best Dunkin Donuts location ever ! Efficient service and the coffee is always fresh plus they always remember me since I'm a regular there Wanted to add that the negative part about this branch is how they always allow homeless and drunkies to come in and bother their customers for money and sometimes they can take a table out of the few that are available while a paying customer can’t find a seat ! Its the same frequent people that do that so if the manager does something about it maybe they won’t come back but I cant sit there for 10 minutes long before one of those come in and ask me for money And constantly bug me too ... Paying customers shouldn’t have to keep experiencing this

  Great location. Coffee is always excellent. Donuts are good quality and variety. Wait time is very short as staff are efficient, aware customers are running to get either the Flatbush Ave 2 or 5 trains, the B44, 41, 103, 11 buses or the BM2 express bus.
