If you are desperate for your caffeine jolt, give it a shot ... otherwise stay far far away from this DD location. I was refused service when I humbly and politely requested my coffee be remade by the below employee ... I never sent back a coffee or even a food item in my life so you can imagine how bad it must’ve been prepared. She told me I was too busy on my phone and it was my fault ... meanwhile I only had my phone out to use my DD app to pay. I was so shocked I must admit from there on the exchange was no longer polite. I asked for her name. She refused so find her face below. I will sum this up quickly ... I never experienced such horrible customer service. Downright abhorrent. I’ve read reviews stating negative treatment towards police officers, while I’m not certain of the truth behind it, given my experience, I would not be shocked if it turned out to be true. — Go to DD at 85 North Avenue, New Rochelle. The best! They are the polar opposite. They greet you with a friendly smile and if you are a regular and they spot you in line, they wave and say your name and magically whip out your fav drink before you even ask or pay for it.

This dunkin doughnuts place refuses to serve police and civil service members. One of the workers Apparently left a bite mark on a police officers cup. Don’t go here for coffee.

Was not happy about what I read in newspapers recently about Dunking Donut employee refusing to serve police officers. Police are entitled to the same respect that all patrons should receive. Franchisee should immediately terminate this employee. My experience this morning at my local Dunking Donut location was just fine. Thank you.
