  Warm and welcoming staff, great atmosphere, cleanly kept store. This is my Home DD because they always keep my favorite flavors in stock! Whenever I’ve had an issue (too sweet, donut turned upside down in bag) I calmly explain it and they fix the order right away graciously.

  Ran all the way there, cause we knew they were closing soon... All we wanted was a pint of ice cream. They told us thebe are closed when we got there, but they were still supposed to be open. How hard is it to just open your freezer for us?? We weren't even asking you to make anything. Seriously rude. Stick to your time table.

  Its too small. The product is too middle America mainstream to justify its store size. The world runs on Dunkin because we can sit down a enjoy a cup of coffee w/o wearing all black or going to Julliard not b/c we need gourmet.
