  I ordered simple Egg and Cheese Wake-Up Wrap without bacon, but they put bacon in it. It was suck, did not have time to get another one...

  They are consistently out of Everything Bagels. They also don't understand what extra cream cheese means, as they barely put a coating on when asked for extra. When I asked for more, what looked like a manager gave me attitude about how I would be charged for it, even though they didn't listen to my original order.

  Ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. What they gave me wasn’t toasted and there is barely enough cream cheese for one half of the bagel. Tried to post a picture, but the site won’t let me. The cashier was very nice, otherwise I would have given it one star. I won’t be back.

  Excellent service. I love the donuts. Didn't know refills were free but the lady at the counter told us so we could get refill before we leave. I appreciate that.
