  Service is extremely slow. Morning rush in particular. Make sure you leave an extra 10-15 minutes in your schedule if you even think of stopping for coffee and longer for hot breakfast. Staff is half nice, the other half barely say a word. I'll go out of my way to go to another location.

  Don't order breakfast in the morning. Guy totally doesn't know what he's doing. Ordered sausage egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. He asked if I wanted bacon, I said no, sausage. He said OK. I got no sausage, a half of a strip of bacon, no cheese, the bagel wasn't toasted and it was ice cold. Absolutely disgusting. Screwed up my coffee as well. And on top of that it took almost 10 minutes, yet there was no one in there other than me. Go to the one on Union instead.
