  On a Saturday afternoon at 3:00 there was only one person working here. He was an elderly gentleman doing his best but he couldn't keep up with the volume of customers. I don't think I've ever been to a Dunkin Donuts that only had one person working a busy shift like Saturday afternoon, they must not want too many customers to come in, I certainly won't be going back.

  The new management is fantastic, the service is getting faster and they seem to be putting more care into their customers!! Love it!!

  Showed up at 3:50pm on a Saturday afternoon and no one was behind the counter. Waited about 5 minutes utes before yelling "Hello?" a couple times. Waited another 5 minutes before walking out. I have never seen a store left wide open with no employee around.

  Both employees did not care about the long line and only cared about talking to someone about something that had nothing to do with what they ordered and took up 20 minutes of everyones time. There was even a lady who left because she didn't want to wait. They have a spoon in a cup of water to stir everyones coffee. Never will I go back

  The employees were busy talking with friends. Took far to long for them to take our order (5 minutes and no one was in front of us). Our bagels were squished, somehow, and formed warped triangles. YES, they taste the same but the excuse was "they are too soft" I assure you, they were more chewy than soft
