  GIVING ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS After asking for a double scoop ice cream and telling the employee what flavors I wanted he proceeded to prepare two single scoop cups then he insisted that I pay for them. When I asked him to just combine the two scoops into a single cup he said that I was being cheap and insisted that there is no difference in price because if I “knew how to do math” I would know the difference is just sales tax (for reference the price difference is $6.38 vs $4.19). After me and another customer tried explaining to him that he made the order wrong and he told me I didn’t understand what I wanted, I just told him I didn’t want the single scoops and that I would like to place an order for a separate double scoop cup. At this point he grabbed the two single scoop ice cream cups he prepared off the counter and said “Now you don’t get to buy ice cream!” and rudely asked “are you even going to pay for the drink you got?” I paid for the drink so that I could get a receipt and let Dunkin’ Donuts corporate know how incredibly low the standard for customer care is at this location.

  Worst DD ever!!! THey always screw up our order and recently I found a freaken hair in my egg and cheese!!!! The staff is def not clean!!!!

  This Dunkin Donuts is easy to see right off of Route 110 in Melville servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms but it was out of order on Sunday February 25th 2018. Market prices for their items. This also is a Baskin Robbins. They were playing Hip Hop with profanity on Sunday morning with a lot of children in the store. Otherwise I would have given 3 stars.

  Not sure why this DD would ever get a low review. Coffee is always fresh and hot. There's a big turnover so always fresh donuts too. Same employees have been here for at least 5 years and they're hardworking. Fast and polite.

  Last time I went here I ordered a latte. When I got my latte it had huge white chunks floating in it- milk was curdled. The employee tried telling me the latte was SUPPOSED to have white chunks floating in it!!! Today tried again. My iced tea that was supposed to be extra sweet had NO sugar at all and my toasted English muffin with a little bit of butter wasn't toasted and had a ton of butter. On top of that no one ever answers the phone if you try to call. Disgusting.
